From Beyoğlu to Oakville
Beyoğlu is the beating heart of Istanbul. Galata Tower rises over its rooftops, the red tram rattles down İstiklal Avenue, and a döner spit turns in nearly every doorway.
We named our kitchen after it, and we cook the way it eats: generous plates, bread warm from the oven, and tea-house hospitality for everyone who walks in.
